A repair can be the right choice when the roof is otherwise serviceable and the problem is localized. If the underlying condition makes a repair unlikely to provide good value, we will explain that before recommending a larger project.
How a Repair Visit Works
We look at the area you are concerned about and the roofing around it, photograph what we find, and explain the options in plain language. If a repair is the right call, you receive a clear scope and price for that repair. If the roof is near the end of its life, we will say so and explain why — see roof replacement.
